The Alaska court of appeals decided Friday morning, that Mechele Linehan deserves a re-trial, due to evidence that should never have been allowed during her initial trial. That evidence includes a letter writtn by the victim, Kent Leppink, before he was killed. Steve Brawn Reporting.
