Police say a 21-year-old Anchorage woman intentionally struck a pedestrian with a stolen vehicle. Authorities filed several charges against Jane Tukrook. Police say she struck a woman as she tried to drive away in a man's SUV after a collision outside a bar in downtown Anchorage.
