MISSING CHILD 11 Year Old Rabang PhillipsAnchorage Police are looking for missing 11 year old Rabang Phillips. Phillips was sent to Anchorage from his mother’s house in Chicago last summer to visit his father, Derrick Craig, aka Jahbangjah Khali (pron. Ja-bang-ja Col-lie). Craig has refused to send Rabang home. The whereabouts of both Rabang Phillips and Derrick Craig are unknown at this time. Read more » More State News
Lance Mackey Wins Iditarod 38Lanc Mackey has won the last great race for the fourth consecutive time. He finished the race at 2:59 and 51 Seconds on March 16th, 2010. This means his total time was 8 Days, 23 Hours, 59 Minutes and 51 seconds. Mackey has ran the iditarod 9 times and won it four times, giving him the best winning percentage in recent history. Read more » PARKS HIGHWAY CLOSED NEAR HURRICANE GULCHA fatal car accident at mile 178 of the Parks Highway has forced the closure of both lanes of traffic. It is espected to be closed until about midnight. At least two people were killed in the collision that involved two vehicles. One vehicle was carrying four people, and the other just one.
