Anchorage police were looking for a reported drunken driver when her SUV crossed the center line on the Seward Highway and struck a car head-on. The crash last night killed the other driver and sent two other people to the hospital. The Anchorage Daily News reports police are investigating possible charges against 55-year-old Lori Phillips.
