Juneau police arrested a 46-year-old man accused of flying into the city with crack cocaine.

Sgt. Dave Campbell says police received a tip that Arthur Chappell Jr. of Juneau would be arriving from Seattle with cocaine to resell. An affidavit filed in Juneau Superior Court this week says a search of the patrol car that took Chappell to the police station yielded a bag containing 27 grams of crack cocaine.

Chappell is being held in the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
